Short Breath Hold – 8 minutes
Between the free mindful resources, you can download the audio file (MP3) or video file (MP4) of a simple short breath-hold exercise based on the Buteyko Method.
After an initial two-minute phase of coherent breathing 5-5, the exercise continues with a second phase: after every two full breaths, a 5-second breath-hold is introduced following the second exhalation. This phase lasts 5 minutes, after which you return to coherent breathing 5-5.
However, the exercise is recommended for those with a Control Pause of 10 seconds or more.
Most importantly, if you experience any discomfort or difficulty, stop the exercise and return to a natural breathing rhythm. (Consult a doctor or certified practitioner before starting if you have a serious medical condition, as breath-holding can be unsafe for certain conditions such as high blood pressure or heart problems.)

Coherent Breathing Exercise — 5 Minutes
In this section, you can freely download the audio file (MP3) or video file (MP4) of a simple coherent breathing exercise, with 5 seconds of inhalation and 5 seconds of exhalation, for a total duration of 5 minutes. The audio and video are taken from the BR3ATH web app.
